Murray has played representative junior Aussie Rules, Rugby and powerlifting. There hasn’t been a year in 20 years where he hasn’t been in a gym deadlifting or squatting.
He is a devotee of the CrossFit Football methodology which he has used to develop seriously strong and fast clients of all ages and athletic backgrounds. He uses CFFB/Field Strong in his own training and swears by the results.
