Screw the Bureau of Meteorology, CFCS is calling an end to the wet season and commencing the sprint season. In a move sure to generate a low and create the greatest cyclone Far North Queensland has ever seen, we will be putting Thursday sprints back on the menu.
For our new members, always make sure you meet us at the gym for the briefing and warm up. We will head down to the drag strip as a posse.
If you are injured or rehabbing, still come along. The sprint session will not take longer than 20mins and you will be given appropriate work to do while the class is tearing up the pavement.
This Thursday will be volume work, so we will be doing our primals before heading down.
Time to put all of that toes forward squating and barbell box step ups to work!!
